Payment types
The payment can be made in cash upon receiving our product in the nursery or in nursery "Baižas".
- With a wire transfer After placing your order you will receive the order confirmation and bill in the e-mail you have indicated. Once you have received the bill in your e-mail you can make a payment through online banking or at any bank. When you make a payment, it is mandatory to indicate the bill number.

The product will be sent ONLY after www.veikals.berzini.lv receives the payment. Order is processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of receiving the payment. We will contact you if we need more details about your order.

Delivery
Delivery in the Baltic states
1. You can pick up your order in our farm “Bērziņu noliktava” in Pope, Ventspils County. LV – 3614 ; GPS 57.39834; 21.85812
2. You can receive your order also from our cooperation partners: Nursery "Baižas" Krimulda County, Inciems
3. You can receive your order in Omniva parcel machine >> or Venipak Pickup points >> , if package dimensions or weight is within the permissible range, or with a courier. (If you have selected the parcel machine whereas the dimensions or weight of the order is too large, we will contact you)
4. If you want to receive the product outside the Baltic states, delivery costs will be calculated individually and sent in a separate bill.

Delivery deadline
The order is ready for dispatch within 1-3 business days. Since we deliver living plants, the packages are not sent on Fridays and before official holidays to maintain their quality, except for in cases where the customer has individually agreed with us otherwise.
- Delivery deadline from nursery “Baižas” in Inciems Parish may be longer.
- Delivery deadline for “Garden Spot” may be 2-3 weeks.
